In the TWILIGHT ZONE

Miami weather is gorgeous, as usual, but it feels kind of eerie that the Fall and Winter weather somehow completely misses all of South Florida. However, it did give me a chance to give this absolutely gorgeous Style Stalker Venom Maxi dress another day out on the town. I took a few pics while strolling through the design district and checking out some new shops.

Quick Pic - Thanksgiving

Hey Loves,
So I spent Thanksgiving with my boyfriends family. It was my first time experiencing a holiday with his family and I was extremely nervous on how to dress. I wanted to make a good impression, express my fashion sense while not overdoing it.
My boyfriend is from an extremely small town in North Florida called Live Oak and I didn't know if they would understand my fashion sense, or even care. It was going be chilly, and in this very rural town I knew that my stilettos would make me look over dressed and my big floppy hat would just look silly.
Anyways it took me hours but I finally went with the 3 outfits below. I think I did pretty good. Check me out!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!

Is it just me or is time flying by faster and faster every year?! After a 7 hour drive home, I finally made it home to Miami, and its 80 degrees!! I forgot about the eerie other worldliness of South Florida, while winter is quickly approaching quickly in other places and its still summer here. Today is a great day! Trend Alert: Muted Palettes

One of the most notable trends from the Fall 2011 runway, in my opinion, would be the nudes, grays and muted pastels, which I call the MUTED PALETTES trend.  This is great for Fall because it helps free you from getting stuck wearing dark colors every day, which is a trap I get caught in every winter. I like how these hues shine a soft light on my fall wardrobe.

Outfit of the Day...OOTD

So I've decided to start my Christmas shopping early this year, and it's starting off FABULOUSLY but I'm dying to post pics of the amazing gifts I've bought thus far. Its hard to resist but it would ruin the Christmas surprise for my friends and family... In the meantime, here's what I wore to run around town and do my errands Saturday :)

Nails Inc. Magnetic Polish!

Being the nail polish junkie that I am, I had to give the new Magnetic Polish by Nails Inc. from Sephora a try. I love it! True to the hype it works exactly how it's supposed to and doesn't take long at all. I love it! The wow factor is definitely there.  Used it with my Revlon Quick Dry Base Coat and Top Coat.

1. Apply a good Base Coat. I used Revlon Quick Dry Base Coat.

2. Remove Magnetic Top on Nails Inc. polish, and place it close by.

3. Apply the first coat of Magnetic Polish lightly, the second coat should be a generous coat.

3. Immediately after applying the second coat. Place cap over nail balancing it a short distance between the nail and magnet, it only takes a few seconds.

4. The effect shows immediately and dries in a cool wave pattern. I LOVE IT!

Solange is HAWT!

At this point, I have not yet discovered my "Signature Style."  I just haven't figured it out...I'll get around to it. But I do know that it will be confident, fun, and fearless just like my newest style icon, Solange Knowles. Her mix of patterns and color is effortless. That's what I strive to achieve. But as of right now, I'mma do me because I'm still the Bomb Dot Com!

Tonight was a beautiful night. Strolled the pier and visited the MLK memorial downtown with the bestie. Afterwards we went to my most favorite burger joint. If you are ever in the beautiful West Palm Beach you have to check out Relish!
